Items must be free of makeup, self-tan, or any visible stains

📦 Original Packaging
Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

🏷️ Final Sale Items
Products marked as “FINAL SALE” or purchased from clearance or sale sections

🧼 Hygiene-Sensitive Items
Including intimates, bodysuits, and accessories such as jewelry

3. Return Process

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 10–14 business days after return is received
Bank processing may take 3–5 business days

5. Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

6. Delivery Responsibility

📦 Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. Claims after confirmed delivery may not be accepted.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos for verification

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Policy Protection

To ensure fairness:

Returns that do not meet our policy may be declined
Excessive returns or suspicious activity may result in restrictions
